Joanna Loring-Fisher is a graduate of Norwich school of Art and Design where she studied Fine Art and Illustration. Jo uses acrylic paint, photographs, charcoal, pencil and oil pastels, often integrating these materials within a piece. Much of Joanna's inspiration comes from nature, wildlife and the landscape around her home in Wiltshire, as well as family life. Her work is often a direct response to these. With a love of children's books new and old, Jo is currently concentrating on writing and illustrating her own children's stories, some of which depict her local surroundings.
