I have been a freelance illustrator for over 20 years, working in watercolour, gouache, inks, and black and white line. I work mainly in children’s books, but also illustrate for jigsaws, games, tv and magazines. I have illustrated over 200 titles including story books, pop-ups, sticker books, natural history, religious titles, educational projects, atlases, and calendars. Clients include : James GALT Toys, Cornelsen Verlag, Oxford University Press, Future Publishing, Scholastic, Oyster Books, Reader’s Digest, Usborne Publishing, the BBC and many more. My work is colourful (unless in black & white!) and generally light-hearted, with a good dose of activity and fun – though I can be serious – honest!
